The first four inscriptions were discovered in the modern-day villages of Akçakoca and Hayrettin, located in the Pamukova District of Sakarya Province. Diese Inschriften, deren Herkunft leider in den meisten Fällen unbekannt ist, wurden an Meter, Apollon, Asklepios, Zeus, Potamos, Hermes, Hosios und Dikaios sowie an einige Gottheiten unbekannten Namens dargebracht.
